The EU Deforestation Regulation is reshaping coffee sourcing, and Vietnam is a low-risk origin. Where a transaction requires it, we coordinate plot-level traceability and due-diligence documentation with our sourcing partners, so your compliance is prepared before the coffee ships.
Plot-level geolocation
Where required, we coordinate the GPS coordinates of the farm plots with sourcing partners, the core EUDR data point.
Due-diligence documents
We coordinate deforestation-free evidence, phytosanitary certificate, ICO code and residue testing (OTA, PAH, glyphosate) with the relevant partners.

We verify what can be verified within our scope before commitment, and tell you clearly what still needs confirming.

Glogimex does not send harvest we happen to have. We supervise the supply chain and verify quality through independent testing.
Third-party inspection at shipment
We coordinate independent inspection (SGS, Cafecontrol, Control Union, or your preferred partner) before your coffee leaves Vietnam, so quality is verified at origin, not discovered at destination.
Sample approval before commitment
We send a representative sample of the exact lot before you commit. We proceed with payment and shipment only after your sign-off.
Quality verification methods
Lots can be Q-grade cupped and tested for residues (OTA, PAH, glyphosate) with EUDR traceability, and we share the lab reports so you have proof in hand.
Sourcing to your specification
We do not force large minimums. We coordinate volumes that fit you, from shared containers for smaller roasters to full containerloads.
